Manage form and reference list view
Both form list view and reference list views allow you to edit records directly in the list and also manipulate field columns. You can sort and filter by column, select the visible fields in list view, and change the order they display.
Many forms contain child grids within form sections. These child grids cannot be managed in form list view.

Click in the cell you want to change. You will either be presented with a list of options or will be able to type in your information.

When you add or remove a field from list view, you are selecting which fields are visible in the list view.

To add or remove a field, click Manage Columns.

Select the items to show in the grid.

Deselect the items to remove from the grid view.
- Click Refresh to see your changes.
- Added fields are appended to the end of column list.
Column status | Result when Select All checked |

Some columns pre-selected | All columns appear in grid, with newly added appearing at the end. |
All columns pre-selected | All columns become deselected. |
No columns selected | All columns selected and added to grid in alphabetical (default) order, or in the order they were placed by the user previously. |

To rearrange the columns, drag-and-drop a column header to the new location in the list. Repeat for each column you wish to move.

To sort a column, click the column header of the column to sort. Click again to reverse the sort order.

Directional arrows appear in the header you are sorting to indicate ascending or descending sort order.

To filter a column, in the column header, click Filter
.

Enter the criteria for your filter, then click Filter.

The criteria selection will vary depending on the type of field selected.

You can filter one or more columns at a time.

Filtered columns are indicated by a reverse background Filter
.

To clear a filter, click Filter
, then click Clear.
